Apparently Tony presented his turbine design idea to Boeing Aircraft at the same time Jim was pitching his engine too.
Radian and Boeing are closely related.
It was funny emailing Tony because when I seen the Radian Radmax site get taken off the internet, Tony managed to copy the site and thats how I found him.

I actually had a solution variant with multiple cams that I had sketched.
I applied the algorithm and the numbers came out. Also I had a look at Tony's spreadsheet calculations and they were identical to mine so Tony knows his stuff.
Tony said the estimated cost to build his turbine is 200,000 pounds. I told him I would be interested in working on the 'wave form'
